General Questions

BookCourtsNow is an online court reservation system designed for communities, HOAs, clubs, and organizations. It allows members to easily book courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball, etc.) online, manage their reservations, and helps administrators efficiently manage their facilities.

For Community Administrators: Sign up for a free trial to create your community account and set up your courts.
For Members: Contact your community administrator to get an invitation link or registration information to join your community's reservation system.

Yes! Community administrators can start with a free trial to test the system before committing to a subscription. Check the pricing page for current trial duration and features.

For Members

You can register through the "Member Registration" link. You'll need to select your community from the list and provide your basic information. Some communities require approval from their administrator before you can make reservations.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on "Reserve" in the navigation menu
  3. Select the date and court you want
  4. Choose an available time slot
  5. Confirm your reservation
You'll receive a confirmation and can view your reservation in "My Reservations."

Yes! Go to "My Reservations" to view your upcoming reservations. From there, you can edit or cancel them according to your community's policies. Note that some communities may have cancellation deadlines or restrictions.

Yes! When creating or editing a reservation, you can add other members from your community to join your court time. They'll receive notifications about the reservation.

The QR Code feature provides a quick way for you to share your community's reservation page. This can be useful for inviting guests or sharing information with other members. Access it from the "QR Code" menu item.

Click on "My Profile" in the navigation menu to update your personal information, contact details, and password. Keep your information current so your community administrator can reach you if needed.

For Community Administrators

After signing up, go to "Manage Community" where you can:
  • Add and configure your courts
  • Set operating hours and availability
  • Customize your community settings
  • Add custom banners or announcements
  • Configure email notifications

Navigate to "Manage Community" > "Courts" and click "Create Court." You'll be able to specify the court name, type (tennis, pickleball, basketball, etc.), and available hours. You can add as many courts as your subscription plan allows.

Go to "Manage Community" > "Users" to see all members. You can:
  • Approve or reject new member registrations
  • View member details and activity
  • Manage member permissions
  • Send notifications to members
You can also configure whether your community requires admin approval for new members.

Yes! Under "Manage Community" > "Email Templates," you can customize the content and appearance of automated emails sent to members for reservations, approvals, and other notifications.

As an administrator, you can access "Reserve" to see all court reservations across your community. You can also create, modify, or cancel reservations on behalf of members if needed.

Navigate to "Manage Community" > "Subscription" to:
  • View your current plan and features
  • Upgrade or change plans
  • View billing history
  • Update payment information
  • Cancel or reactivate your subscription

Yes! Go to "Manage Community" > "Banner" to create custom banners that will be displayed to your members. This is great for announcements, maintenance notices, or special events.

Technical & Account Questions

BookCourtsNow works on any device with a web browser - computers, tablets, and smartphones. The interface is responsive and adapts to your screen size for easy use on any device.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset your password. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Billing & Subscription

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage Community" > "Subscription" page. You'll retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.

After your free trial, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. You'll typically have a grace period to choose a plan. All your data will be preserved when you subscribe.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the "Manage Community" > "Subscription" page. Changes will be prorated based on your billing cycle.
